Welcome to Transformation Women ("we," "us," "our," "Transformation Women"), accessible at transformationwomen.com. By accessing or using our website, subscription program, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. The Services
Transformation Women provides a women's wellness subscription program, which may include digital content, coaching or community access, live events, and related resources ("Content"). The specific features included in your subscription are described at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected at signup) until cancelled.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle.
Prices are subject to change; we will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through success@transformationwomen.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to the Services through that period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Affiliate / Ambassador Program
If you participate in our affiliate or ambassador program, your participation is also governed by a separate Affiliate Agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for matters specific to that program.

6. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Transformation Women provides general wellness, lifestyle, and educational content. It is not medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a physician or licensed professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition. You assume full responsibility for how you use our Content.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share your account access or Content with non-subscribers;
Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our Content without written permission;
Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
Harass or abuse other members of the community.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property
All Content, branding, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Transformation Women or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable license to access Content for personal use only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results from use of our Content.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transformation Women shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the [3 / 6 / 12] months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of  Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
