Meet Richard Nelson
Creator of The Transformation Woman Method™
Richard Nelson has spent more than 35 years studying the science of human transformation.
At age 18, Richard won the Canadian Junior Olympic Weightlifting Championship and became a nationally ranked strength athlete. His passion for peak performance led him to study anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, behavioral psychology, and accelerated learning.
As an entrepreneur, he built and operated fitness facilities, trained competitive athletes, bodybuilders, and everyday people seeking life-changing results. He was also among the first to introduce advanced body composition analysis and performance training technologies to Canada.
Throughout his career, Richard became fascinated by a simple question:
Why do some people successfully transform their bodies and keep the results, while others struggle despite repeated attempts?
That question launched decades of research into habit formation, mindset, motivation, nutrition, exercise science, and sustainable lifestyle change.
The result is the Transformation Woman Method™ — a comprehensive system designed to help women lose fat, preserve muscle, increase energy, and build lasting confidence without extreme diets, endless cardio, or unsustainable fitness programs.
Richard's philosophy is simple:
Transformation isn't about becoming someone else. It's about becoming the healthiest, strongest, most beautiful version of yourself.
Today, he combines fitness science, behavioral psychology, and practical lifestyle systems to help women achieve results that last a lifetime.
Transform Your Body. Transform Your Confidence. Transform Your Life.™

Meet Laura Creavalle

Few women in the history of professional bodybuilding can match the longevity, consistency, and competitive success of Laura Creavalle. During the golden era of female bodybuilding in the 1980s and 1990s, she established herself as one of the most accomplished female bodybuilders in the world, earning a reputation for exceptional muscular development, conditioning, and professionalism.
